Terms of Membership

Participation in Gibbs House Design's Trade Program is available solely to members: discount privileges are non-transferable to clients, purchasing agents, or any third parties. Members must place and pay for orders themselves. We do not accept payment from (non-member) clients. Payment is due at time of order. There is no discount on shipping charges. By accepting membership to Gibbs House Design's Trade Program, you agree that you will purchase Gibbs House Design's merchandise for the sole purpose of conducting business with individual clients and will not resell such merchandise to the general public through retail stores, the internet, printed materials, or any other means. All images, copy, and designs are the property of Gibbs House Design and may not be used by you unless specifically permitted by Gibbs House Design. As a member of Gibbs House Design's Trade Program, you are granted the authority to reproduce images as required to conduct business with your individual design and decorating clients. Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at Gibbs House Design's sole discretion.
